Audley’s statement on equality of pay and opportunities

Audley Group gender pay details reveal that women’s mean hourly rate is 25.57% (2021 – 39.34%) lower than men’s and women’s median hourly rate is -1.74% (2021 – 23.81%) which means that the median gender pay gap is favourable towards women.
This data primarily reflects the fact Audley Group is a business that has three key functions: property, care and hospitality.
Each function has different levels of pay. Care accounts for nearly a third of the organisation’s headcount, of which 97% of those staff are female.
